Admission and Entry
By entering Imagine 3D Mini Golf, you agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.
Supervision of Minors
Children under 10 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of minors in their care.
Liability
Imagine 3D Mini Golf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests participate at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow posted rules or staff instructions.
Photography
Personal photography and video for non-commercial use is welcome. By posting content from our venue publicly, you grant Imagine 3D Mini Golf a non-exclusive license to reshare that content on our social media channels with credit.
Refunds
Admission fees are non-refundable once play has begun. Party package deposits may be refunded or rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice. Please contact us directly for any refund or rescheduling requests.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our venue or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
